A life Worth Living
One definition of wholeness is "not disjointed or divided, in one unit". Your unit may be small (just you) or large (an extended multi-generational family, organization or community). However you define your "unit" it must not be disjointed or divided. Wholeness as a unit is foundational to building whole communities which in turn builds a whole world.
Wholeness is not perfection. Wholeness means that you are not wounded, injured, or impaired. Personal wholeness is about loving in your best, complete self. The state of wholeness is one where you find purpose in all of life's demands and challenges. You find joy in little things and big things. It is about becoming a "glass half full" person who has a positive influence on family, friends, and even strangers. Before we can become whole, we have to "deal with" all of the things that bring dissatisfaction in our lives. Whole people are happy people. It is impossible to be happy if you are not whole. A whole life is not a perfect life. It is not necessarily an easy life. A whole life is a life worth living.

Adolescent Life Coaching
Middle school years are full of exploration and self-discovery. Self-image is mostly defined in comparison to others. High school poses more difficult challenges with social pressures and self-esteem issues that can pull your children in the direction opposite of their life goals and dreams. Professional coaching for teens and tweens can help your child develop the courage and self-awareness to seek his or her definition of achievement, individuality, and stay focused on the overall positive aspects of adolescent life.
Integration and REinforcement
Integration is an essential ingredient for the success of adolescent life coaching. Coaching sessions are structured for full integration of the learned skills and awareness back into everyday life, so that it never fades and becomes apart of who your child becomes from this point forward.
How do we do it? Teens/Tween clients apply their new knowledge at every session. They face the hard questions and answer them (with their coach’s guidance). They document their success in a journal and develop a new and empowering routine. Most importantly, they choose some challenging actions to take in-between sessions, which gets them, step by step, from where they are to being who they want to be.
Our coaches and volunteers work daily on developing new and creative programs to help meet your organizational and community needs. Email us to learn more about our results-driven, solution-based programs.
